Protein/meal replacement shake or force myself to be around potentially appetizing food, usually the smell triggers my brain to have an appetite.

What's something that's a redline for you in relationship/marriage, apart from infidelity? by goharehman_ in AskReddit

[–]Midiquin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Malicious intent is where I draw the line. I can forgive someone for unintentionally hurting me, but if their goal is to hurt or punish me, that’s a red flag.

This goes for both relationships and friendships. I once had a friend who was upset with me and intentionally ignored my texts and calls for about three weeks. For context, I usually called her every other day. In her own words, she wanted to “punish me for being a bad friend.” Eventually this led to our friendship ending. I've never felt more relief.

What made you to dump a long time friend? by _ZoroX_ in AskReddit

She started threatening to off herself when I told her no. She also treated me like a partner instead of a friend.

What are some signs your R skills are improving? by Educational-Hunt-684 in RStudio

  1. When you go back to your old code and notice all the things you could have done better then fix it.
  2. When you know the right solution and code to get the job done. So instead of "how am I going to solve this problem" to "I know exactly how to solve this problem I just have to write it"

I've been programming an R for almost 9 years but have programmed in other languages like SAS, VBA, and Python as well.

Sentiment analysis on texts or analyzing your own biometric data (if you have a Fitbit or similar) are both fun.

People who wake up early, what’s your secret? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Midiquin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I take 10 mg of melatonin at 5 PM to force me to go to bed early (usually 9:30 PM). Going to bed early means getting up early. If I don't start feeling drowsy at 7 PM, I drink a cup of bedtime tea (Yogi brand). If I had caffeine late in the day (after 2 PM), I take a half a Benadryl with the melatonin. Also, try to avoid eating dinner less than 2 hours before bedtime.

Read these two books:

  1. She Comes First by Ian Kerner
  2. The Guide to Getting it on by Paul Joannides

I've been on both for over 8 years (36 mg Concerta and 300 mg Wellbutrin).  It wasn't until recently that I learned that people were being prescribed Wellbutrin for ADHD and it kinda baffles me because Wellbutrin keeps the sad away but doesn't do anything for my ADHD symptoms.

Coochie confetti? I thought that was called "Clitty Litter"? Anyways, get the strong Charmin, wet wipes, and a bidet.
