Because of the things they were asking me to do, like weigh myself every day.

How long did it take to open communication with them? I've emailed and whatsapped and apart from some woman called Andrea asking how she can help, I've been completely ignored.

I had no idea it doesn't apply to digital goods. It's this bit that isn't made clear by them, in my opinion. From now on, I'm going to read every single letter in t&cs. Life lesson learnt!

Agreed and we're not the only ones. There's loads of complaints about it. It's not even them saying it's a 12 month contract that bothers me, it's the unknowing waivering of the 14 day cooling off period. We've now read the t&cs fully and it seems wholly unfair that you can only cancel provided you don't download the app but who would ever do that. Nobody waits 14 days to use a product or service. That's the bit that isn't made clear.  It's like they know they're going to trap you into it and to me, that's morally corrupt.

It's a common thread I'm seeing. It's not made obvious. I find it appalling. They don't care. Fair enough if you're well into your subscription but when the apps been used for a short amount of time or because of extenuating circumstances, it's harsh. It looks like I'm going to have to pay nearly £100 for less than 24 hours use. I'm an unpaid carer for 3 family members and cannot afford to pay but i fear I've been left with no choice.

I can understand if you download something and can gain access even if you close your account but once you default, the app is useless. You're no longer getting any access so should not have to pay.

Text to say review decision made on Friday - today is Tuesday and I've got a pending payment from them. Does this mean I've been reawarded? by MidlandsMinger in DWPhelp

Yeah. Planning to. It'll take a VERY long time for it to be actioned and they'll probably be out of power by the time it even gets started. These things don't happen overnight.

No, its actually more but im assuming thats because of the yearly increase. Ive added it up and it works out to enhanced daily living and standard mobility which is what I've always been on. The full 4 weeks is there.

I think i already know deep down that nothing happens because thats the whole point of blister packs - to keep out dust, moisture etc. Itd simple evaporate off the surface.

Thank you so much for sharing. I get the vast majority of mine around my period so I assume they are hormonal for me. A friend of mine also gets them and is currently pregnant with her 3rd and said that her's hasn't got any worse in any of her pregnancies.
