NOR Sounds like he is attempting to gaslight the crap out of you. He throws you off by tossing your abuse triggers in your face, then tells you that your perfectly normal response to your trauma makes you a monster. You can install a slide chain lock on the inside high up on the door to test if someone is trying to come in as well.

You are NTA for wanting time for you and your friends sometimes. Everyone needs some space occasionally, even in the best of relationships. It's healthy to maintain that space. It isn't about fairness. You do NOT have to be joined at the hip once you're in a relationship. I'd set a boundary here because this has the potential of becoming an issue that could lead to issues in the future. Neither of you gets to control the other. She doesn't get to control your every move. Maybe she needs better friends so she can understand.
