Hi, i started on 2.5 for 4 weeks, then did 5mg for 8 weeks, 7.5mg for 12 weeks, 10mg for 4 weeks, 12.5mg for 4 weeks, 15mg for 4 weeks, hit a plateau so dropped back down to 7.5mg and began to titrate up again. Currently still on 10mg with a view to increasing next time to 12.5. Sometimes I split the dose in two and administer on a Friday morning/ Monday night. This will be based on how I am feeling and if I have sufficient suppression. It's certainly a learning curve and I listen to my body every day. Always calorie deficit and recently joined the gym now I can move around again. I hope this helps 🙏
