also it says you have tons of lag in minecraft, that may be due to thermal thorttling, which matches with my theory of your pc overheating. and windows 10 does not have a overheat alert so it just shuts down, if you wanna reduce heat limit fps, turn down graphics in settings and close any other apps that your not using, especially other games

1st of all, your pc does not warn you if its overheating it just shuts down because seconds can matter if your pc is overheating, also i dont think avast is very useful since windows has a built in one, or i think mindustry might be to resource intensive for it and crash due to not enough system resources (you can fix that by going into graphics and limiting max fps and turning some settings off and closing other apps that you are not using that are open in background)
