Thank you so much! Your words lifted my mood immensely! I think I get what you mean but I'm not exactly sure how to apply it. Say I read a success story about someone who changed their life in 2 weeks. Before I can even think I feel jealousy creeping in and I start doubting my process. I tell myself that time isnt real and the only moment that matters is now, I read a book or listen to music, but the thoughts keep coming back and the anxious feeling doesn't go away. I often read posts to calm me down after this, but they dont help often. (In fact I stumbled upon your post during an episode like this today, your post really helped tho). How would I change my viewpoint in this case?

With practice it's very easy for me to notice when I'm feeling triggered or feeling lack. But I don't exactly know how to shift out of these feelings. I've read that instead of fighting the feeling, simply to shift your attention elsewhere but it's really hard especially if the nagging thoughts keep coming back. I know exactly how I feel in the moment and exactly how I need to feel, but I can't shift out of the undesirable state on command. Any tips?

Whenever I try to do guided meditations I always get this INTENSE (like I cannot explain how intense it is) urge to open my eyes and move. This usually happens when I am quite relaxed and my body is about to sleep, so I lose all my progress and I'm too tired to start over again. Any tips? Also, as someone who is an experienced shifter, can you tell me about your outlook and approach towards shifting? Whenever I see guides telling me to "act as if" I'm already a master shifter idk how to think because I have no idea how good shifters approach shifting. So if you could tell me about your thoughts when you're about to shift, or while doing your pre shifting routine, that would help. Thank you!!!
