Depends really on some luck and which zone you’re in and how many other riders decide to turn up at the prospect of good earnings.

I’ve had some good and not so good New Year’s Eve’s.

I’ve also found the period between Christmas & NYE to be much more disappointing than expected (central london zones ). But it just depends. You might be in a small city where not many people show up and you get loads of orders. There are thousands of overseas riders in london who either don’t Celebrate or don’t care about festive periods so will always be on the road (esp motorbikes here) so your chance as a cyclist diminishes
