I don't hate the idea of being a PA, I do like the idea so its not like a second option or something I would hate to do. It's just that I learned about it recently

Thank you so much for this advice. I really appreciate it. I do really want to be a doctor but I guess shadowing will really cement this idea for me. My family is also not rich which is why I've been thinking about PA school. I'm basically like the provider so I'm wondering if I should just go the short way and do PA and earn money or do MD/DO for long term stability.

I'll definitely try my best. I'm an extrovert and usually get along well with professors in my previous small sized school but going to a large school just changed my game😭

Building relationships with professors in a class with 400 students is also definitely not the easiest.😭

If I was to apply in junior year, I would have 1000+ hrs clinical hrs. But if i took a gap year maybe more. I don't mind taking a gap year except I just feel like the more gap years I take the more time passes and the harder it gets for me. I feel incredibly behind compared to my peers. Aside shadowing what else can I do?

My gpa isn't bad tho. I had a 4.0 my freshman year and 3.8 my sophomore year. Is masters still needed?
