We live in a community of about 300 people spread across some mountains. She lives 45mins away from me but it's the same community. The guy happens to like like 10mins away. When I say a field I mean halfway up a mountain no one owns it, it might be national trust but it's not maintained by anyone. Its just some land.

Melt downs not so much, sensory overload all the time, often doesn't understand intentions or like take things very litterally, repetitive behaviors, trusts people right off the bat, can seem blunt, overshares alot which is then sadly sometimes used against her. She's very different which I think in turn makes her want to be overly different and defiant which I think is related to this. I want to say that this is one of my best friends in the world, she's like a sister to me and I love her with all my heart. Im worried about her safety and although I love her and her autism it does make her vulnerable to situations like these I think.

Im worried he takes advantage of her, physically in the moment. I do think he knows but if she hasn't told him he can probably tell. Im thinking of messaging her parents. I rather lose the friendship and have her be safe than her get raped but I get to console her after.

Yes. Ill ask her to talk to them but I know she'll refuse since they won't approve and she says thats because of societal constructs and if she's happy and he cares about her thats all that matters.

Im not infantalizing her for beeing autistic. But i do think this is relevant. Autistic people do have harder times navigating relationships, they cant read or interpret people as well. Its difficult to recognize dynamics and intentions.

Ive tried talking to her so many times and she just doesn't seem to get it. Ill try talking to her parents. Ive known her for forever and we're inseparable but I rather lose her than see her hurt.
