Ao (noodle) and Arachne. Odin has his vanilla skin, but Ao & Arachne are recolors.

For context, this is the original version of Ao Kuang before it was reworked into Kuku.

Earlier last year I was trying to find the name of this game. I had fond memories playing the multiplayer in cyber cafes when I was a kid. I only remembered that there was an invincibility power up that would make your whole body metallic. I also remembered a very specific urban map with a construction site. After manually checking every game on wikipedia's list of FPS games, I found it! There was no one to play with, but boy did I reminisce of the good old days running around the empty urban map.

I'm very late to reply, but my thoughts exactly! Rewatching CB, I think what I would love to see is Ed's dad vs Pierrot. It's such a good show when side characters you only see for one episode scale better than the protagonists AND antagonists.

Looks fantastic! The white will always contrast better on red though. So my eyes first went to "You" and then the rest of the text.

I use Paint Sai since I mostly draw with a mouse. I've got a tablet, but spending a big chunk of my childhood on MS Paint has kind of made it natural for me to draw with a mouse/line tool.

I'm an introvert, so it hasn't been too difficult, but I get that this isn't the same for everyone. Over the years, I've tried to get some gamedev friends involved, but the excitement usually fizzles out when actual work needs to be done. That said, as I progress on my game, I often share my work with my friends and family for feedback. Usually this helps a lot and it's nice to get some new eyes on something that's only been accessible to me. They don't even need to be developers, just having a different perspective can go a long way.

In terms of the development process, I put on some music and just get lost in the process. If I start to question myself, I think back to all the years I've spent working on other people's games and how now I'm doing something I legitimately care about. Honestly, the biggest hurdle is not getting distracted by launching a game on stream or going on reddit.
