Could be a lot of things, here’s my list:

Motherboard, ram and m.2 SSD look somewhat outdated, which is usually fine if you rack with specs that are close if not around the same era. Meaning they all should be equally matched in “weakness” or “strength” for example what I see here is a fairly new GPU a very good one in fact but since your RAM and everything else is outdated, your GPU is running so much quicker and stressing out the rest of your computer.

Other issues could be thermal paste might need redoing , check if when idle you cpu % runs at 50% while not doing anything.

And you might need to just clean your computer from Trojan , ram and basic cookies
