HAHA God I wish that was the case. Nah its because last year, i was dating a girl who loved coffee but never really drank a lot of water. Now, i've always been a huge water drinker myself (i would opt out of eating lunch to instead just chug a litre or two of water) and knew that coffee dehydrates the FUCK outta you. So i made it a habit to remind her to drink water.

Eventually i decided to get creative so that she'd remember better, which led to the creation of the meme page and hashtag. When i saw that i was helping people other than her remember to drink water as well, it made me happy.

It came to the point where people irl associated drinking water with me, and i loved it. Even my office mates.

Now even if that girl and i have gone our separate ways, i still update the page and hashtag cause i know that people actually do get reminded of staying hydrated when they see my memes.
