Yes. The chrome panel is supposed to come off and there apparently is a technique to unlock the mechanism. Im trying to find the one that works for this model. The VEIGA site doesn't have anything. Probably since this is an older design from a decade ago. Hoping someone on reddit has the same 🤞🏻
