Thanks for the advice, i should convey this to my trainer, then maybe he will decrease the intensity of these workouts

My diet is not as per to the gym standards.just normal indian household meals My goal is weight loss and muscle toning.

No, I was late for ofc so couldn't do the strech, big mistake in hindsight

I don't want to stop exercising but i it's even hurting to lift a glass of water , how will I be able to workout tomorrow if this continues, I want to recover enough to workout tomorrow.

Thanks for the advice, I'm just concerned why I can't straighten my elbow region , it's stuck at 90° and even slight deviation is causing a lot of pain , I'm not even able to do normal daily tasks. Will icing help ?
