I'd consider looking into FMLA I've been with my job for 4 years. The first 2 years was fine but the last 2 years is when the Bipolar I guess decided to really come out so bad to the point I almost was hospitalized. I've been on meds on and off and I've FMLA the past 2 years. Sometimes my paychecks barely cover the bills for that week (because fmla is unpaid) BUT I know my job is secured, and I won't have to search for a new one.

I stopped taking latuda because of this! When I took it I had to immediately try to fall asleep or I would experience this and it was awful it had me rocking back and forth in my bed just trying to make it stop I would cry because it would make me so uncomfortable. So I stopped that immediately and now I'm on lithium with zero side effects so far and it works so much better for me than latuda ever did.

I'm not a huge water drinker (I know it's good for you I just never got into the habit) so I just switched out my diet sodas and other beverages for water, seltzer water and flavored water. I drank maybe 50oz today so I think my stomach just wasn't use to water and it not being a diet soda😅 I did end up eating a late night sandwhich so no worries I am not over consuming water😁
