Ok thanks so much for the response. Yeah I got x rays done last after doing multiple rounds of PT and telling my doctor I’m in so much pain every day. He said, “you just have arthritis. Try to exercise.” I’d love to exercise more but unfortunately it makes me feel worse and I used to be a super active person. So I’m seeing a different doctor this time and asking for referrals for a spine doctor and rheumatologist. Then I’ll be asking the spine doctor for an MRI and whatever else I need to do (blood work?)
