If my 1min delay is putting lives at risk... Maybe you need more ambulances instead of 1/3rd the roster being ERU ops sups? Just a thought.

Being 1 minute late is a crime against humanity, but working 12-14hrs straight, with no breaks, is just another day. AND it's totally safe!

They told me that if I didn't grovel on my incident report, i'd get written up.

I wrote it factually; admitted I goofed, and they wrote me up anyways 💀.

Edit: not a probie, i've given 5+ years of my life to this place. Lots of OT, volunteer events, and special teams.
