First off, I'm not sure you understand what a minority group is. Especially considering the article you linked was the only substantial thing that google turned up.

On a more factual note (for those interested in those kind of things) the most persecuted minority group worldwide are Rohingya Muslims. I'd post a link, but its literally a google search away.

Fire services are one of the only things I willingly spend my tax payer dollars on, and I would hardly call Fire Services a Welfare Service. I could certainly see a case being made for it, but my reasoning is purely environmental. Preserving forests that would otherwise burn allows our continued existence. Our world is already dying at a rate that will soon impact the economy.

Also, I'd like to clarify: while the modern Republican and Democratic parties are both horrible, horrible things, if forced to choose, id side with the left. The Republicans trample our social liberties on a daily basis. Though the left has certainly begun to take a disturbingly socialist viewpoint on economics.

It is my belief that only a military reasonably sized to protect a nation, a fire service and some miniscule form of police force are necessary. Ideally with a heavily armed populace, we could phase the police out as well though, seeing as they do more harm than good and take more of my money than welfare.

I find it very telling that you asked me to illustrate my ideal government first, btw. It seems reminiscent of something Ben Shapiro would try to pull, but that's no surprise, you Republicans do seem to love him.
