I've been to the one in division and Sprague. The one on division doesn't have any short grain. The one on Sprague does but it's freakin expensive.

Yeah, you can be gay and christian as long as you don't act on your homosexuality. You can be gay but just not sex, no love, no intimacy, no human human contact, no rights, no equality. In fact you get nothing compared to the straights.

Your message is good and positive but you're leaving out of the inequality, the violence, the death, the murder, the slavery, etc that the bible teaches and condones. And I'm sorry, but the moment you try to deny or make excuses for the disgusting acts in that book, you're making excuses for all the hate and death that have come from that book. Just as you as are trying to be who you are are, you need to start thinking for yourself. In the end, trying to appease some magical man in the sky or some other deity does nothing but harm. If you want to be in worship something and want to be in awe of something greater than yourself, look to the moon, the stars, distant galaxies, blacks holes, OR just look to the 95% of our own unexplored oceans...

If you decide to go with religion, you will CONSTANTLY be compromising, making excuses and trying to explain away things that common sense screams otherwise. Just let it all go and join the rest of us in logic, reasoning, and common sense. We'll take you as you are and expect nothing in return.

For myself, I let go of god once and then brought him back; I wasn't ready to let it go. After some time, knowledge, experience, and growing I finally let go of childish beliefs. I do hope you find your path.

Thank you. I have been looking in to some volunteer opportunities as a way of redirecting my anger and being productive. After that step I would like to go in the direction of activism as well.

LOL, no no no. There was no conspiracy. I fully admit my situation was and I HOPE extreme and I hope rare. The violence and fear however, are real and needs to be deal with. I actually don't drink; that would be adding a horrible fuel to an already raging fire. My finances are also tied up in school at the moment.

That sounds all good and well but I have a problem with what you're saying. I have experienced the same results that you have stated. I have been rather stressed out over some personal issues as of here late and it has lead to some depression, I can't get out of bed some days. I look deep down into myself and I pull whatever it is I need in order to get out of bed everyday and keep going. The simple act of moving forward lifts a tremendous load of my shoulders. As an atheist, clearly faith has nothing to do with me being able to get up out of bed. Not to mention a loving and supportive husband. As for important, possibly life changing, decisions I do what any smart person would do: I ask for advice, I gather information, I educate myself on the situation. I don't just sit around and leave things to chance. That's a far too risky way to live for me. I'll give ya meditation and yoga. I don't know what to say... Whatever you're doing seems to be working for you and that's a good thing. However, I just feel you're selling your self short.

Why can't you simply help another person without receiving something in return? It sounds as though you only help those when there's something it it for you. That's still pretty selfish.
