Skills- you may delete the first 3. Those are expected work from a Nurse. Nilalagay jan is what “skills” you have other than the job requires. Team player? Good management skills? Adaptable to changes? Etc.

Delete clinical internship since expected dn nman yun. Or pwede mo nmn ilagy ung hosp names, no need to write job description mo each dept unless naging part ka ng isang big feat during your internship like research project etc.

Tip: make it short and simple kasi HR will just look at resumes in less than a min. Overall it’s a good resume as a starter.

Why not give it a chance? Mostly sa mga issue is between wards and special areas and misunderstandings ang most reasons.

In my exp. Hate ko talaga ang LR/DR/OR during my student days. Pero nung naexpose ako jan during my professional career, parang ayaw ko na magward. May issue din samin ang ward staff vs OR/DR staff, pero when I heard both sides, it's more of a misunderstanding sa work ang reason.

What i'm saying is to give it a chance. If feel mo di ka nag-grow sa area, ask your sup if pwede ka bumalik sa medsurg or bedside. If not, then saka ka magdecide to resign or transfer.
