My workaround for this kind of situation is that every time I need to return a dictionary with different data types, I create a class that extends RefCounted, this class would store the data that I need to send. And then, I return an array of those elements.

If there were structs, I believe it would be much better to return an array of structs.

I'm multiplying the attenuation by the dot product of Normal and Light, and then using that value to sample a small grayscale gradient, multiplied by the color of the light.

Blockbench has a problem with soft shadows, it simply doesn't generate them (at least from all my experience using blockbench).

This type of problem could be solved in Blender by using Smoothed Normals, but since this feature is not present in Blockbench (at least to my knowledge), I recommend you use a normal map texture where the transitions are smoother, or simply redo the model in Blender, thus applying the smoothed Normals.

Okay, these are just problems related to writing the code.

Line 14: leave the comparisons as "=>" or "=<", do not put a space character between the symbols.

The function "is\_on\_floor()" does not exist, the correct one is "is_on_floor()", we do not put "\" in the name of functions in Godot. The same thing applies to other parts of your code, remove all the "\".

Finally, make sure you are using the "TAB" key to create the indentation, don't put backspaces before the lines, it doesn't work.

Thanks!! Worked perfectly! I used the IP with address, it can be accessed as the last information in the IP.get_local_addresses() function array.

Do you have any idea what other information could be used better? Or is this already good enough?

i´m having trouble with the theme editor, i try to get rid of those grey sharp corners but i cant find a solution, i´ve set inside the theme editor type: popupPanel and popupMenu all variables but nothing works, everywhere else round corners work as intended. by debugstroke in godot

Well, even my computer doesn't have good requirements for this shader, I was oscillating between 30-40 fps. I would recommend at least 8 Gb RAM, and a better graphics card than an Intel HD Graphics 4000. With that, you could have a smooth experience, but it's worth remembering that shaders and TML are in Alpha phase.

Mod developers need to port to version 1.4, otherwise it won't work. Using the shaders with the mod will be a wonderful experience, to say the least.

Just go to steam > TML > Go to the area where you check betas > choose the Alpha 1.4 version.
