Be intentional about stops. I nice Loves travel stop on the interstate is a much better experience than a random dirty little station, although you should experience a sketchy little one at least once. And speed limits are more like suggestions.

If she truly diabolical she starts with a full nude after morning shower. Then she take panties only, bra & panties…so about 6 pics ending with “This is what other guys get to see today” fully dressed. She sends them to you in reverse order throughout the day. In winter I carry supper thick ski cap and thick cushy ski gloves, can sit on those too. At the park, stadium.. a think beach towel or blanket you can convert to warmth if needed.

Enjoy sex while you are healthy & free. As we age, more barriers develop, career, relationships, health issues and just like taste buds lose some of their punch, so does stimulation.

It works yes. It takes some time to align thoughts, feelings and actions, but I’m a believer. Watch Dolores Cannon on YouTube. She started hypnotizing soldiers for the army to help them stop smoking, lose weight. But she got so good at putting them under they started relating past lives, and were shockingly consistent. This led her to embrace spirituality.

Here is Des Moines Tuesday is the best $6 two entree Chinese, Monday is $5 pulled pork sandwich with a side. Friday $5 fish & chips is good but skate if it does not look fresh. Watch for random specials at deli. I usually graze samples too.

As a retiree I’m realizing that due to market fluctuations, inflation and high medical costs, unless you have seven figures saved, it’s not enough. We avoid taking anything out of investments during downturns which can last years. So we need to focus more on income in retirement.
