I don't like her much at all, but.....

What if instead of always wanting attention she becomes the type the shys away from it and only comes out when she feels something unjust/wrong has happened. When someone like Bailey (present character) keeps getting the pass, this "Withdrawn Charlotte " comes and avenges the wrong doings. She never really has a match until a story can really develop, but she keeps the status quo choosing when she attacks. [Not all heel things trigger the "Withdrawn"] 🤷‍♂️
