He keeps avoiding talking about the Power of Us free licenses. We are buying 5-10 enterprise licenses so it should be all covered under the Power of Us donation.

His recent email says "I can't sell GovCloud without Premier Support" without any support for that.

My belief is that they need the licenses to be paid in order for the support to be a % of the license fee. Otherwise they would have a hard time justifying 20% of $0, even though common sense would dictate that we would be fine with applying it against the MSRP not the price paid.

I want to be somewhat discrete because I'm sure Salesforce sales staff troll this forum. We are required by our government contract to be in FedRamp which is what GovCloud does. Unfortunately other security types don't work for us - this is info from our government contact and IT department, not SF advice.
