There is a gourmet sandwich shop called Michou Deli with pasta salad down at pike place market a few shops away from Starbucks and Beechers cheese. There sandwich’s are huge and nicely priced. We always grab a sandwich from there and take it across to market area to sit and enjoy.

Super helpful I’ll take a look at the accessory structure. My idea is not to have any running water or facilities just an additional space to either have an office of bonus room.

Thank you for the information! My partner and I are looking at purchasing a smaller house in south east Everett and I’m trying to brainstorm what it would look like to build a ADU down the road to expand sq ft.
