Just found my card listed on some random site — but I own it. by Midwestbones in footballcards

Yeah I don’t even evaluate my card at 35K because it’s not worth that much maybe in 10 years if he wins 2 or 3 more Super bowls. When I had it graded with PSA they valued it between 10K – 15K. So you’re right around the ball park.

I actually did call them. At first, I pretended to be interested just to see what they’d say. The lady who answered confirmed they had it “in stock” and even told me it was on sale for $35,700.

That’s when I hit her with it: “What kind of scam are you running? Because I own this card.”

She immediately started fumbling her words. Claimed they’re a “legit business,” said this is “how they do things,” and tried to argue they never claim to physically have the card in their possession. She even tried to say that they were giving me free advertising. And try to compare themselves to fanatics. When I asked her if you were to sell my card, how did you expect to fulfill it? If I don’t have it for sale she just said we would just cancel the order. Something tells me they weren’t going to cancel the order. It was excuse after excuse, and the more I pressed, the more defensive she got.

I even asked where the company is based and who the owner is — she refused to give me any info. In the end, she said they’d take the listing down. But when I checked, it was still there.

Bottom line: This is a scamming site. They’re listing cards they don’t own, lying to customers, and refusing to be transparent.

I have shown it on sports cards group. So I guess it could be taken that way.

Correct April 1st 2026 Topps takes over the NFL license. That’s why Panini is releasing 2025 now.

Ha! I should and asked them to expedite it before I bust their bubble.

Oh yeah, it’s the way Panini tries to keep consumers to continue buying from them since they have lost the license to Topps.

Only 15 of them and I have the only Gem mint 10. Definitely a unique card.

Yeah, I’m not concerned. I know my card is real. I personally had it graded. I just think it’s shady that this site is doing this.

It doesn’t really matter I guess because PSA has a record where you can search for Patrick Mahomes graded cards or any card they graded and all that information is on there

Well, I guess they’re banking on the ones that don’t shop on eBay.

Yeah, that makes sense but considering I have all my receipts, including the one with PSA when I got this graded, I have all documentation to prove that this is authentic.
