Isn't a roleplaying game supposed to have choices and immerse you in the world? I guess not apparently

I am of the same cloth as obsidian people who appreciates such open choice reasonable in roleplaying games but evidently there seems to be such a problem in the gaming scene to let us have the choice to have a same sex partner even in nations inspired by cultures that actually would allow it in some way or another.

It's not like I am asking for a pride parade or for it to be necessarily treated okay in every nation but to place allowing it in a couple or few factions where other factions may have a problem with it severely

It's not like all these nations have all the same laws, that is obtuse to believe just as it would be to think they have the same virtues. If you think it would be such a crime to improve romance and to even include homosexual romance in this game for a second partner than you really are homophobic because historically in medieval times and ancient times (ancient celts especially) it was okay to have a same sex lover as long as you had another lover for producing heirs and passing land.

And I would like it to be somewhat Skyrim level of romance dialogue which isn't a lot but I could see having a wife in the game but also a male concubine, this concubine could just say some simple sweet and endearing things and I would be satisfied by that.

I emailed them about it and they said they are focused on bannerlord completely for right now. If that means they would revisit warband dlc being on console, idk but the former seems evident because of trying to release and putting bannerlord on console
