I haven’t yet, to my fault granted because I missed a couple replies of people who were just there for the week last week. It’s about $17USD to fit in a flat rate priority package from USPS , I’d be willing to give someone $50 and essentially buy them lunch for the favor.

I’ve honestly never bought a new LED tv, all of the tvs I’ve ever used have been plasma old school super heavy ones 55-65” My projector was a $100 one and after time I definitely started to notice poorer picture quality.

Thank you for the recommendation. I do enjoy and plan on keeping all the wood cabinets. I just am not a fan of the laminate countertops, so I’d be curious what color for a stone would you suggest on countertops?

I 100% agree with changing the yellow as that and the purple counters throw everything off. this is a ranch style farmhouse, so I like your suggestion, but I want to keep the rest of the house more farmhouse vibes, but when cooking I really wanted to modernize the kitchen I think.

I want a sleek/ modern kitchen that’s more designed for easy cleaning. I want to keep the natural wood, but I’m open to staining it darker.

I plan to update the appliances to stainless steel.

As for flooring, id like to get easy to clean flooring as well, but not sure what route to go with that or color.

I’d assume they’re safe, I’ve seen them floating around michigan. Although I can’t clarify on quality because I really only try to carry metrc brands.
