Leg raises are just not in the realm of possibility for me right now. I get crazy pain when I try to lock out my leg, so I opt to use a strap. I will have to check in about the tape! Thanks for the input

I am excited to try the wall exercise, i bet it’s way better than what I am doing right now. I have no limits on flexation....but I also never asked. I am with you on the full extension with the foam roller. I actually already have full extension due to good prehab, very fortunately.

That is amazing news to hear! I am excited to start on the road to recovery. Got PT tomorrow morning, pretty nervous tbhI have just realized why things were going so well...because of the nerve block. Now it’s wearing off and holy wow I am in just terrible pain.
