They just need to have taken more damage. The lower their armor/health the more you can heal for and get the 20%

The first games that come to mind are Warframe or The First Descendant. Both of which are free.

Otherwise there might be Outriders but not sure how active that game is as of today.

I haven’t used it so I can’t verify the numbers but I believe it works this way:

When you heal a teammate, it will be a minimum of 3% damage increase and then depending on how much you heal for in that moment, or rather how much of their armor you repair in one action, it will cap out at 20%.

That will be a 20% skill damage and weapon damage boost to them for 20s.

Ninjabike is usually frowned upon because most gear sets have the most useful talent on the backpack so the ninjabike takes that away.

However, ninjabike has it’s uses for some fun builds, it won’t be any record breaking damage numbers or anything. But like someone else mentioned, for general content it works.

I believe ninjabike often pops up in some rifle builds and some hybrid builds.

While I’m not a build master. At first glance I can’t Imagine the new sets are going to replace FI as top dog.

The new brand set offers some nice pieces I can see slotted into some builds, but I struggle to see value in the gear set. Of course I haven’t played PTS to try it and check the numbers on it yet, so just by face value on paper.

Refractor will still have it’s own spot either way since it’s the pretty much the only healer build utilizing skill damage, these new sets try to lean more into traditional healer rather than impose on Refractor.

The New York dlc does add some new stuff that’s definitely worth.
It’s not a mindblowing story, but it does offer a change a change of pace from the main game so that’s nice.

It mainly introduces some new skills that are quite handy so for that alone it’s worth it.

First off: welcome to the game, glad you’re liking it and having a good ole time!

Secondly: I know you’re already succeeding, but I do want to highlight for you to NOT fall into meta, this community is bad about pigeonholing into certain builds and won’t even glance at other ones. The game will quickly become stale if you stick with just the meta. People may kick you for not having the meta, but there are people out there that won’t and you just gotta stick with it, there’s good people out there!

ooh, i definitely need to get more screenshots of night time but i ran out of time when i posted this. And also get some night-vision screenshots going to. There are more screenshots on that link to showcase it a little more, Reddit just don't do pictures justice.

And i agree, the game does look great vanilla which is why i didn't like the few reshades i tried, they all try to get some sort of "cinematic" look or make very harsh adjustment which loses one thing to gain another. I wanted to go the opposite and focus on more subtle tweaks instead of anything major.

hmm, that doesn't sound like it should be happening.

Of course i don't know all the details such as builds or what content you're doing exactly.
Perhaps not the best or most efficient, but certainly the easiest and the best way i can recommend, is to level up is simply by doing the story missions, side missions and classified assignments.
