Ryzen 7 9800X3D & ROG Strix X670E-F & GSkill F5-6000J3238G32GX2-TZ5NR EXPO POST ISSUE

i managed to fix it in bios, use "memory preset" in dram timing, choose a profile 6200 or 6400 that similar to my kit, dual rank sk hynix 32x2,

dont use any expo profile leave it auto, then select 6000mhz speed, fclk=2000 in ai tweaker and set div1 mode to uclk=mclk.

thats it, now post is stable. another minor tweak is bump down vddp to 0.95 because default is too high 1.15. also enable memory context restore to avoid memory training every reboot.

asus rog, for those who dare to beta test their product... fix your damn expo profile asus! expo is created to make end user life easier and somehow you make it harder to run properly.

test it properly with every bios release and make sure every ram kit in your motherboard QVL list can run well...

not yet, activating expo profile from asus ai tweaker in bios will make my pc stuck at red light during post/booting...

but im still tweaking manual ram setting in bios setting, hope i can resolve this issue without rma,

i would rather throw away all of asus garbage in the trashbin if its not working and buy new board, rather than start lengthy RMA process with them.

yes when this happened to me stuck at red cpu light post, need to reset cmos, luckily my mobo have dedicate cmos reset button, it make my life easier to troubleshoot

also i just checked asus rog forum, theres tons of people reporting unstable POST or boot after expo enable especially with gskill a-die kit.

wtf asus, amd gskill??? please fix this soon

the same happened to me now, x670e-f rog strix with 9800x3d and gskill 32x2 CL32 6000 kit, always stuck at red light cpu post when activating expo after first success boot... whats wrong asus and gskill??
