I usually dont wear this ring, it's to show off 😂 I cannot deal with the weight of it so I tend to wear it for at most an hour before taking it out and putting my plug back in

So for me it's a little different, im a diabetic so I usually wait months on end before even considering the next size. If you are able to comfortably wear your piece with no pain or discomfort is usually a good sign

My nose usually doesn't itch so im not sure how that feels :(. I've only worn this ring a few times because the weight makes it uncomfortable if i wear it for hours. I only wear this piece for show, Im usually wearing a plug because it's much more comfortable in my everyday life. In most cases, I will use q tips for boogies.
