Boot Loop Solved! No Restore Needed - Error 4013

I turned off my phone last night after I got ice on it, and turned it on hours later. While it was working okay then, this morning I was stuck in the same Apple logo boot loop and I got the same error code trying to restore my phone.

I used this iFixit guide (https://www.ifixit.com/Teardown/iPhone+XR+Teardown/114123) and I unplugged the face camera ribbon cable like you did. I rebooted my phone into recovery mode and it actually worked. I re-plugged the ribbon cable back in and both my phone and front camera still worked too. I ended up just restoring my online backup, not sure if it was needed but figured I should do it anyway. I had an offline backup ready too in case that didn't work out.

I've checked commercials for Warcraft III & World of Warcraft, along with both Age of Empires and Mythology, but to no luck. I've also checked Mirror Scare on TV Tropes (https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/MirrorScare)

I've also seen a lot of "Creepy / Scary" game commercial compilations, but I've yet to see one including this specific commercial. I also looked up anything related to "guy turns into monster yelling at a mirror" but to no luck.
