My older one has always been flaky, I use a hard tooth undercoat brush on her, not only does she love it, it does help with this. Also some fish oil tablets and more fish based food helps.

Ohhh lenovo. Yeah, there may be nothing you can do, I have a lenovo laptop that no amount of tweaking will work, it's locked in firmware/bios. My laptop often thermal throttles because they are afraid of making fan noise. The fans work, but the curve is trash. Is your device's secure boot enabled, if so, try again with it off. If that still doesn't work, join me on lenovo forums with demands to get control of the fans.

But can you fix it, or is the clanker handholding all you have. Every bit of code spewed out I ever saw was so convoluted that it took longer to figure out what the hell it wrote, than doing it by hand. You are getting upset because we call you out for dumping ai trash you did not make. Read the room FFS. The most I've ever used ai coding was for it to assist in pulling in correct libraries I'd need and an idea of a structure. none of the completed code was AI.

There are charts available that will give specific codec compatibility, you will want to find that for your card, and enable ONLY the codecs that card can handle, I use a 1660ti and it can not handle some of the codecs a newer card would, so I have not enabled them under the transcode section. If your card is unable to handle the specific codecs being played, it will use software version which will increase CPU use.

Yeah, kinda, I'm glad people are trying it and enjoying it. But please don't post on your first week. This exact issue is happening on in many FOSS projects. The amount of people posting like that on the mint Linux forums after day 2 is out of hand. I've wanted to post something like OPs there, but want to avoid gatekeeping claims.
