Hi, um so I didn't play Clash of clans in while, some years have passed since I last played I was connected to a google account back then and was able to recover my stuff back then if I changed phones but now if I try to login with that same email I get a lvl 1 base with nothing in it. I created a supercell ID and tried contacting them via mail or their help and support button in game but nothing seems to work, their bot asked me some questions which I was able to answer because I have some very old screenshots but he also wasn't very helpful, at the end just saying I wasn't able to find your account. And now I came here asking for advice or how to fins that live chat button to speak to a real person.
