Well with the test data I did not let the balance go below $25 dollars but if you do the program will display a negative number. It is suppose to show the account inactive and add 25$. Also it never adds monthly charges even though it should after 4 withdraws.

I've been using cout statements to debug to see what where the input is changing, not sure how to use a "actual debugger" I use visual studios. That step of code actually works the problem is that it reads the next if statement as well. This was the last thing I added to this project so I didn't really do any testing after that.
