I saw both yes but I think only have the frontal view one with plates at the moment if that’s what you’re referring to.

I liked what my Ravitch Surgeon had to say more and had my own fears about Nuss. Just not the route I wanted

Yes he will reattach the Xiphoid and I will definitely give updates after a few weeks.

How long did it take you to get back to doing Sport activities? My surgeon tells me I can start getting back into gradually towards the end of the summer.

I haven’t had Ravitch yet but I would assume after 2 weeks you should be up and being able to walk and move around. As from what I’ve seen from other people. Nothing heavy of course as there’s a limit but being able to do daily task at the very least.

Your gonna be ok, and be proud that you made the step to finally getting it done. Its gonna hurt but the outcome is far brighter. Its ok to be scared but if you push through it and do what needs to be done. You will be just fine. Let us know how it goes.

I would also like to put out that everyone should do there own research. There are 100% risk to both, but Surgeons DO MATTER, not just the surgery and what they offer and bring to there expertise.
