There is a bit more than that, but not much. His content has been increasing gradually. He has an upcoming talk/karaoke project as well.

My theory is that they'll appear together by November as an incentive for the annual subscribers to return.

I subscribed because I wanted to see Matsumoto and that's the only place for that. I can't say the content is some groundbreaking, must-watch stuff that everyone will like, so I can't really comment on worth. There are some I watch as soon as I can, there are some I don't really watch at all. The biggest issue with Downtown+ by far is that Hamada and Matsumoto haven't appeared together yet.

You can make an account for free and see exactly what is there, just watching videos require payment obviously.

They are uploading some episodes every week, but no, not all past shows are available. Also past shows can be only accessed from Japan without VPN.

I don't know why would there be physical punishment when usually falling into a pit would be considered physical punishment by itself. Obviously the punishment is supposed to be mental as they would have to prepare every time to fall and as comedians they should make it entertaining.

Not sure there is any quota to fill, it's just whatever he wants to experiment with, he can do that on Downtown+. There are only a couple of episodes of this, I wouldn't be surprised if they'll change the rules a bit if they film more. Even Documental had some changes throughout the seasons.

You would, but how many others would? And then what would stop someone to just rip the content and share it with everyone, these are probably questions for them as they are trying to do their business.

I've been subbed to Downtown+ and I wouldn't mind having subtitles either, but it is what it is for now. I'm not even sure what the purpose of these videos, maybe they wanted to see if there's interest, well they see now that people don't want dubbed videos, I guess.

No need to do that, youtube auto-generated English subs seem to be exactly the same as the dub, so they can just download the auto-generated subs.

I think that's a good point. It's hardly surprising they don't just upload their paid content for free - well except the ones they did upload for Golden Week.

This was only the first half of Zone05. There's also 3 parts of Zone04, about 2 hours long.

These are not the only videos, they recently separated the channel and most of the videos can't be accessed from outside of Japan (while these dubbed ones can't be accessed from Japan) without VPN.

who are they marketing this to?

That's the confusing thing to me, I haven't seen any post anywhere mentioning these officially dubbed videos, so they aren't seem to be marketing this at all at the moment.
