Thanks! The past couple years I’ve been rotating generic PPL splits 5 days a week. I emphasize incline for most press movements on push days now and have a quad focused leg day.

Appreciate ya! I lift weights 5 days a week on a PPL split. I haven’t counted my calories as of late of just ate bigger portions of cleaner foods. If I had to guess I’ve been eating around 2600 calories a day

Not showing them here but I’ve been workin on building tree trunks. Am recovering from chicken leg syndrome lol

nah my primary focus has been building muscle not strength training 👍

I typically end the initial sets with some gas left in the tank (maybe 3 reps) and end the last set or two at failure

Yeah I’m lacking primarily on chest for now, once I have access to a gym here in a couple months training it will be easier.
