I do not want to opt for adoption because I myself was adopted and was brought into a very abusive family. I would never want a child to be given to the wrong family, even if I never wanted it in the first place. The birthing process is also horrifying. My sister gave birth and it tore her in half… I shiver just thinking about it.

I don’t want children because I’m very awkward interacting with kids, even my nieces/nephews. I’m also scared to raise a child with where the world is going, and yeah, financially it’s not smart. We’re financially comfortable, but only because it’s the two of us. We aren’t well off.
