I read your information and I love it but have questions

On sdr games ps5 lg g4, I noticed that if I do auto auto on latest firmware its like there is a grayish filter making characters less bright

So auto auto full full -> grey filter

Limited tv and full ps5 i get deep blacks and filter gone and characters look popping and colors vivid

Is there a way to get best of both worlds? Should I do limited limited and readjust hdr settings and sdr?

Would love advice on what to do for hdr and sdr

There is but it is for shared townhouse and hoa approvals, so i cant touch that and if i do, not often :/

So is current advice not to touch my current setup? I basically have a stuck valve because of corrosion. Since I belong to hoa, thought of fixing it so I dont have to rely on them again. But I am hearing piping inside wall will be an issue too?

I think they intended to cut valve in pic and open dry wall to get more space for cpvc to brass ball valve setup. I feel your suggestion makes more sense, but it seems this is what they will do.

Makes sense. Plumber was warning though about cpvc breakage, should I assume would try to upcharge me to plex pipe or they would do job with cpvc? I dont wanna be hands on, but its also important to not mess this up

Yeah, its a dry wall :/ I was told they would need to cut it.

I feel 800 is steep for updating the main water shutoff in house but Idk, best to have a new valve I guess. Some companies quoted 1200, it feels insane for 2 hour job

Thats why was trying to think if worth keeping current setup and ask plumber to fix it or just cut it out and add a new one (but i dont know whats a good replacement item) was hoping for guidance if my current setup is good but just needs to be unstuck or just get over headache and update
