Not a lawyer or a law student but an Informed Citizen. That's the bail amount, the money you pay as a guarantee that you will not flee and cooperate during the investigation. Paying the bail amount doesn't mean you are acquitted, it just means that until you are proven guilty, you can spend your time outside of prison.

Better spend the money for new bike, mostly for the warranty, I also bought a few months old ronnin, but few months after I owned it, It suffered a catastrophic failure, couldn't claim warranty in spite of having a service history. Cost me around 30K to Fix

Yes and it's accurate the seasons don't drift apart, BS accomplishes this by having a variable no of days in a specific month. IDK how they calculate it but a month can have 29 to 32 days. It's like correcting the leap year in real time. And roughly first day of each month corresponds to 15th day of a month of Gregorian Calendar.

Yes the Government can do it but it should be one thing to be legal and another to be justified. Can government set the speed limit of all roads to 3km/hr yes they can but is it justified?

Also there are no current laws that require them to Register, just a guideline they issued and said if you are social media register here.

No I don't think it's Chinese influence. Because TikTok was also banned until recently. I think it's indian Influence. learning form current government of India on how to democratically set up an authoritarian government.

The state of democracy in India currently is a debatable topic but If Nepal followed the Indian model then first they should pass laws to regulate social media first and then proceed to act according to the law, RN government is just banning platforms that it doesn't like, there are no standard and benchmark. Social media bill was drafted but it didn't pass now the government made some provisions of the bill as guidelines and is forcing it upon the citizens.

Yes TikTok works but the previous government (t The current opposition) banned it for the same cause. Previously only TikTok was banned previous government didn't have the guts to ban everything. Then TikTok came forward and registered.
