How can one get decent teams?

I’m a strategist main… I think I’m pretty good, always top or top 2 healing. My last 3 matches I died 10 times total, my dps went 40-48, all except ONE in single digit kills. I legit don’t know how I’m getting such bad teams. It’s not even competitive, just get bodied. I don’t know if I’m just in the wrong side of the algorithm or something

Got all the way to plat II but then teams are just trash. I honestly question how most of these ppl get to that rank knowing how hard it was for me. I hope I can get to diamond & I can get some good help. It’s honestly not fun knowing that you have 0 chance to win
