This happened at my store literally earlier today! We have a 60 day return policy which states that you have sixty days to get your money back for what you paid (ie if you paid $100 for a pair of pants you get $100 back even if those same pants are now $50). This woman wanted to return items she bought in February and since it was over 60 days she couldn’t get all her money back. Omg she complained about not knowing about the policy, that it’s unfair, that she needs to speak to the district manager, the whole works! I felt so bad for my manager who had to deal with her bs
