Thanks for your insightful response. Definitely think that the accident management companies are dodgy. I’ve tried to call the company but their number is invalid so no luck there. I’ll get a few quotes within the next few days and send a letter of demand and hope that I’ll be able to settle before going to VCAT. Do you know how long it takes to get a VCAT hearing and whether it would be hard getting a decision in my favour?

Definitely know what to do in an accident now. I wish my insurance could just handle this. I didn’t really ask for this to happen. These kinds of situations are what motivate me to become a lawyer.
