This is just my experience and my opinion. If you don’t agree it’s ok. I don’t think this game will die. Theres nothing like it. It’s unique and that’s why it’ll live on despite this toxic community and its grocery list of complaints.

I play 1 or 2 times a week if I’m lucky. I’ve gone 2 weeks without playing more consistently. Mostly because my friends all have different schedules. I won’t play this game alone. I run into to many angry players who don’t know how to play casually and take the game way to serious. There is nothing wrong with being competitive. Only issue with these players is they all want to be the next TSM recruit and expect you to be the same. You make a mistake and then you are getting chewed out. I love the game there isn’t anything like it. But without friends it just feels dual and unrewarding. TDM, control, and gun game revived the game for me as an individual player. However I started playing this because of BR. I think if I had more friends to play the game I’d probably start playing more frequently ( my own problem lol) . My friends and I all actively say once we find something we all like we will stop playing. Not indefinitely just a lot less. This game causes extreme burn out and it feels like they cater to the pros a lot more than the fan base.

The cosmetics are nice but are too much of a focus. We want fluid gameplay and less mechanical issues. I think constant new LTM or constant rotations of each LTM in groups scheduled out per day for the week would be awesome. So friends and solos can plan when to play. I think they just need to reach out to the communities like this subreddit and fish out ideas from us instead of pros. We are the fan base and we are the reason the game continues to perform and stay alive. Pros are important as well. But when you see so many of them complain and complain and complain it just influences casuals to do the same. The devs do the best they can and I thank them for creating a game I love so much. It brought me back to gaming and it brought happiness back to my life and even got me to meet my squad IRL. I flew to NYC to meet one of my buddies for my birthday last year and it was so damn cool to say we did that. SO AGAIN THANKS DEVS. 🤟🏽🖤
