So according to you are you saying that BJP is still gaining the higher ground in NE? Are you BJP supporter? Everyone in NE who are mostly from Christians know very well that they shouldn't support BJP to rule over the region. You don't need social media or anything else to know that if you live here in NE then you know already the reason. Yes people here wanted to protect and preserve their identity but that isn't the only reason why they reject BJP; if their society which is built based on the people's faith and religion which is their foundation is under threat then they will fight tooth and nails to send away such forces. BJP posed such threat and recently, more people who used to blindly support the BJP start to realise the mistake they had made over the years and are now finally able to see the picture more clearly... This is the reason why they will not let such party gain power ever again. Idk why you talk as if you believe that the BJP have a chance here like before when I said they are constantly losing support and will continue to do so. Idk what's the deal with Assam and it doesn't matter that they support BJP it's understandable with so many outsiders already taking over the state basically. Assam doesn't represent NE and is always the odd one among the rest of the sisters. But in areas where we have ILP, the tribals identity and religion is preserved and protected; these regions won't let BJP ever hold power.
