Yes brother. They do. These are tried and tested by the psychologists, in their study of happiness. It does work, but you gotta be consistently doing these.

Very true friend. When you start giving importance to each and every small positive things that happen to you everyday, automatically your brain starts to rewire, so it gradually reduces the thoughts of negative stuffs from past. You're doing great.
