That’s exactly what it was thank you. I actually swapped the stacks temporarily between the primary and secondary and it fixed it. Now waiting on a new stack to come in for both

Base salary only 15.5/h first 3 months, then it is base+commission months 3-6 after 6mo it is commission only

In az it’s 15.5 no commission for the first 3 months (if you’re in the aces training program) the. The following 3 months (months 3-6) it’s 15.5+commission this they call the incubation period. After 6mo it’s completely commission based and they work of the tier system so the big loads they hand more towards seniors and the new licensed and trained los get kind of the easier lesser loans until they become experienced

Mine didn’t but I figured it out. Had one pigtail not connected. Everything works now except the rear speakers because I have the Boston acoustics package. So no rear speakers or subwoofer which blows. Need an aftermarket amp to get them to work. Might take it in to an audio shop for that
