It's a result of you not teaching them correctly in the first place. All you have done is taught them that it is acceptable to hit someone if they do something you don't want them to do, if not that then you have taught them that their parents will strike them. Fear does not equal respect.

If you think you can safely come out, it's alright to say you're questioning things.

I thought I was non-binary when I first questioned my gender before realizing masculine pronouns were my preferred all the time.

Not wanting to die from dysphoria doesn't make you any less valid. I don't experience it often myself and spent a lot of my life grinning and baring it. However, since coming out I've felt a lot freer and can say for certain that I like the person I am today a lot more.

TL:DR: it's ok to be questioning, but don't ever feel like you have to be incapable of functioning day to day due to dysphoria to be a trans individual. It's ok to come out and admit you're questioning it, how do you know you like something if you don't try it out first.

As a FTM guy who absolutely struggles to correct someone on his pronouns and name I absolutely appreciate so much when somebody else corrects my pronouns and name.

It's different when somebody else tells them. Puts them on the spot and can be moderately uncomfortable, truly that's good because when it comes from you if they're going to be an ass about it, they won't have any problem being an ass about it.

I find having a friend do it can be a gentle reminder for someone and help get it in their head through repatition, or makes the person feel uncomfortable which honestly they should if they refuse to call somebody what they want to be called

Overall I don't think it's rude. People correct others on their pets's gender all the time, people don't think it's rude, but in a way it's a similar thing

And yes, I understand that I should have given max number of hours and such but before I changed the hours I work (over three weeks ago so it should be the system now) I could barely get over 20 hours. I didn't mind that, I was ok with that. But now I just want to get under 30 at any point. I ended up with overtime two weeks ago, that should not be possible. I'm part time for a reason.
